Ash&Oil Stop Itch goat milk soap is made with organic goat milk and hand picked, fresh, dried Jewelweed, a succulant of the genes impatiens plant which generally grows near poison ivy and is known by herbalists to relieve poison ivy symptoms. Before batching Ash&Oil Stop Itch goat milk soap, we infuse the plant in an olive oil base for 6 weeks, then incorporate the infused oil into our recipe. Dried jewelweed is added as well. Our family loves the Stop Itch soap. We were first introduced to it a number of years ago when one of us had a bad case of poison ivy. It worked so well at stopping the itchiness that we were sold on it immediately. Since then, anytime one of us comes in contact with poison, we wash with this soap right away if all possible and have often not even broken out at all. Or if we start using it as soon as we break out in blisters, then it often helps keep it from spreading, shortens the time it lasts, and eases the itchiness.
